STEP 21 - IMMUNE SUPPORT

Taking care of your immune system is just as important as supporting your fitness goals.

Being healthy allows the freedom to work out, while working out helps to keep your organs functioning properly. This goes back to the cardiovascular system and respiratory system, transporting oxygen and nutrients. Since blood flow is increased during exercise, the organs are stimulated, and that excites your cellular environment to increase metabolism at all levels. To put this simply, exercising helps your whole body to function properly—but the key is consistency. The more consistent you are, the better your organs work, the better they rid your body of toxins, and the better your body regenerates cells.

There are many Essential Oils that support the immune system. Here are some of them:
